Bach Flower Therapy
Bach Flower therapy is currently considered as an alternative healing therapy, though its exact classification is hard to determine.
For this very reason, a therapy of this kind has not yet reached an “official” status in healthcare systems around the World and only a handful of countries have put legal regulations to its production.
The goal of this therapy is to restore the emotional balance in order to have an impact in the body. Dr. Edward Bach determined that our physical illnesses have their roots in emotional imbalances. By treating the emotions, we are actually treating the source of the problem, rather than the symptoms (any given illness).
Each Bach flower essence helps in a different emotional situation. You can see in our Bach Flower essences section, the purpose of each of the 38 flowers that were classified. These 38 flowers are, in turn, classified in 7 groups, depending on the application of the essences in the Bach Flower therapy. For practitioners, this helps as a tool to diagnose the problem of a patient. This way we have:

How Do I Take the Bach Flower Remedies?
The general rule is to take four drops, four times a day. Don’t take the drops near the meal times, or else they might interfere with the effects of the essences.During the first day of therapy, it is recommended to take 4 drops every 10 minutes for an hour, then every 20 minutes for the second hour, and then 4 drops each hour for the rest of the day.
